On March 27th 2015, Intensions Consulting was proud to present at the 2015 Annual Livestock Care Conference. Organized by Alberta Farm Animal Care, the event was designed to, "provide an opportunity for researchers, industry, students, government and the public to address challenges and trends in animal care."

Intensions Consulting recently collaborated on an article published in the Urology Times titled, 'Personalized messaging: Communicating with men about their health'.

Authored by Dr. Larry Goldenberg, Professor of Urologic Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and Dr. Sean Skeldon, Urologist at the University of Toronto, the article explored common psychological and sociological motivations that lead men to make different health-related decisions.

Intensions on Men's Depression & Suicide

This week, the Men's Depression and Suicide Network released a small portion of an Intensions Consulting study exploring the levels of public awareness and stigma surrounding men's depression and suicide in Canada.

The national survey found that almost one quarter of Canadian men have considered or attempted suicide, and almost half of them have a close male family member or friend diagnosed or treated for depression.
